My dog was 10.5years old and having issues , I would email them and get very helpful emails back, It was time to put her to sleep, Dorothy was very kind , supportive, and extremely caring and gentle . Idk how I would've been able to do this without her help 🥺. Thank you to them. They made the hardest experience, easier to go through

Great clinic with such compassionate care. We were first time clients with a sick chihuahua. Very thorough and knowledgeable staff. The follow up care was equally as impressive. Received inquiries about our doggie's progress several days after our visit. Such a breath of fresh air. Definitely recommend this facility.

Disappointing service. Single doctor clinic that is overwhelmed and over booked. Used to be tolerated as they were cheaper than other clinics in the area. Techs are nervous and Drs hands shaking while checking teeth on a gentle 115lb dog. That energy is scary to animals. If you want to be a small pet clinic advertise as such. Over an hour in a exam room for a exam, blood panel and requested hip X-ray that they could not get him calm enough for and wanted to sedate but the Dr was in a different room so more waiting was involved. I paid the 733$ and walked out. Very disappointing. The fake tone in voices while being spoken to is insulting. We are all people that have lives and care for our animals as best we can. Be real and speak human. Empathy and understanding is a tone. 6 months of tick meds was also purchased. So cost is mostly that.
