I don’t normally leave reviews but am extremely disappointed. I’ve taken my dog here for the past 5 years. He’s had a very red belly and was expecting answers on how to treat it. My dog was in PAIN. Over the course of a year, nothing was done. Went to a new vet office, well he apparently had a severe skin infection that was not going to go away on its own. I know have medication that has cured his skin and he’s getting on long term treatment. Which decorah never ONCE brought up. I recommend NOT going this veterinary clinic.

I do not recommend this animal hospital for dog ear cropping they mistreated my puppy and they didn’t do a good job on his ears one side is completely chopped and the other side is great! Feel so bad for the guy and for the amount I paid his ears should not look the way they do.

My cat had a tooth infection and a very loose tooth, she was in a lot of pain and could barely eat or drink because of it, she needed the tooth taken out asap, when nobody could get me in for an appointment on a holiday weekend , decorah got my cat in and was able to remove the tooth, the staff was great, very knowledgeable, and helped me make a hard decision, as the cat is older and surgery can be risky. They successfully removed the tooth and did a great job! My cat bounced back very quickly after. I am very grateful for the wonderful job they did, and the price was extremely reasonable. I'm so thankful for the treatment we received. The staff was so helpful
